Michael Del Galdo is the founding attorney of Del Galdo Law Group, LLC, a law firm consisting of 25 attorneys, serving primarily public and private sector clients in the governmental and public sector practice area. Mr. Del Galdo is appointed as general and special counsel to some of the largest units of local government in the State of Illinois.

James Vasselli is a Senior Partner at the Del Galdo Law Group and serves as the Chairman of the Firm’s Real Estate and Public Finance Departments. Numerous real estate development projects that Mr. Vasselli has completed have received state and national commendations.

Austin Zimmer is a Senior Partner at Del Galdo Law Group, LLC and serves as the Chairman of the Firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Zimmer focuses his litigation practice on insurance defense and municipal litigation. He also defends clients in complex commercial matters.

Kimberly M. Jannotta concentrates her practice in the areas of school law, labor and employment law, and litigation.

Sean M. Sullivan is an experienced civil and criminal litigator and trial attorney with vast experience in federal and state court cases. He is Senior Counsel in Del Galdo Law Group’s Litigation Department.

Joseph Giambrone focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing public and private sector clients. Mr. Giambrone also represents the Firm’s public sector clients before administrative and quasi-judicial bodies.

Cynthia Grandfield is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney, who has handled several high-profile cases and has been referred to by the Daily Herald as a “legal heavyweight” and “powerful legal brass.”

Tiffany Nelson-Jaworski is an experienced municipal, school, township, and election law attorney. Tiffany’s career has been primarily focused on representing local governmental entities, elected officials, and candidates.

Edward J. Wong, III focuses his practice in school, traditional labor, employee relations and employment discrimination law for public and private sector clients.

Michael is a litigator serving primarily as defense counsel for public entities including villages, townships, and other municipalities in both State and Federal court.

Ms. Veronica Bonilla-Lopez focuses her practice on civil litigation, representing both public and private sector clients in the defense of state and federal litigation. Ms. Bonilla-Lopez’s work includes representation of the Firm’s public sector clients before administrative and quasi-judicial bodies. Additionally, Ms. Bonilla-Lopez acts as an adjudicator for a municipality presiding over ordinance violations. Moreover, she has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Terrence Casey concentrates his practice on municipal law and transactional law.

Austin Christmon concentrates his practice in the areas of school law. Mr. Christmon represents the firm’s school district clients on a variety of matters

James G. Ciesil focuses his practice in labor and employment law for both public and private sector clients.

Catherine is a litigator serving as counsel for various municipalities and private entities in both State and Federal court.

Daniel Didech concentrates his practice in municipal law. Mr. Didech represents the firm’s clients on a variety of matters, including real estate transactions, contracts and intergovernmental agreements, employment issues, and compliance with the Open Meetings Act and the Freedom of Information Act

Throughout her legal career, Ms. Diemer has focused her practice exclusively in the areas of labor, employment, and school law. She counsels clients and litigates matters involving issues such as hiring, discrimination (gender, pregnancy, race national origin, age, religious, and disability), sexual harassment, the Family and Medical Leave Act, severance and non-competition agreements, and employee discipline and discharge matters.

W. David Mills has over 30 years of experience as legal counsel for a life insurance company. Insurance issues comprise a significant part of his practice.

Katie Ngo concentrates her practice in all aspects of school law. Katie counsels clients on a variety of matters including employee discipline and investigations, student related issues, collective bargaining, and bidding of public contracts.

Eric T. Stach represents local governments and private clients who appear before local governments and/or are involved in real estate development. Mr. Stach counsels on governmental matters, including, but not limited to, litigation, zoning, land use, municipal law, school law, and real estate transactions.
