Pete Quigley is a litigator serving primarily as defense counsel for public entities including municipalities, state agencies, and public officials in both State and Federal court. His practice focuses on general tort liability, constitutional claims, civil rights defense, and insurance defense.
Prior to joining the Del Galdo Law Group, Pete served as an Assistant Attorney General in the General Law Bureau of the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, where he was lead counsel on over seventy matters for agencies such as the Board of Elections, Department of Corrections, Department of Children and Family Services, and the State Police.
Pete earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he received the highest grade in Trial Advocacy and completed a certificate in Intellectual Property. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan.
