Michael Vargas joined Del Galdo Law Group, LLC in 2020 as a law clerk and was sworn in as an attorney in 2022. Michael concentrates his practice in the area of school law and labor and employment law. Michael has experience counseling clients on a variety of matters such as successor collective bargaining agreement negotiations, student and teacher discipline issues, special education issues, pre-employment background checks, student record requests, and freedom of information act requests.

Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While in law school, Michael was an associate editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property, and he received his certificate in labor and employment law.
