Our firm's representative experience includes representation of a municipal client on the construction of a 175,000 square foot new municipal complex; representation of municipal client on the sale and redevelopment of 110 contiguous acres which will ultimately comprise over $500,000,000.00 in public and private investment; representation of municipal client for acquisition and redevelopment of 90,000 square feet of buildings for municipal facilities; representation of a government unit for the redevelopment of a $40,000,000.00 age restricted living facility which included the negotiation of tax increment financing incentives; representation of a private-sector client on the annexation, sale and development of land for an up-scale grocery store; and representation of a governmental unit for the establishment of various tax increment finance districts, including a tax increment finance district which has provided approximately $10,000,000.00 in incentives for, among other things, the development of two industrial parks and an automobile dealership.
