Del Galdo Law Group, LLC maintains a staff of attorneys who routinely appear in state and federal court to litigate matters on behalf of the firm's governmental, corporate and individual clients.

The firm's litigation department handles litigation at both the trial and appellate court levels in matters that include, but are not limited to, chancery and equitable remedy matters, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, constitutional law, discrimination, employment actions, civil injury and personal injury defense, real estate, civil rights, administrative agency and other general matters.

The firm primarily litigates in the United States District Court (Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division), the Municipal County, Law and Chancery divisions of the Circuit Court of Cook County, the 18th Judicial District (DuPage County), the Illinois Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court.

The firm's attorneys also frequently litigate matters before local, state and federal administrative bodies.
